  <note>Winston Darwin got a four year certification in financial matters and Ph.D. in financial matters. He worked at the Reagan House as an individual from the Council of Economic Advisers. His books have been, or are being, converted into various diverse dialects, including Chinese, Bulgarian, Polish, Italian, and Spanish. He is a previous President of both the Eastern Economic Association and History of Economics Society. He has composed more than 178 academic papers and 29 books including Fundamental of Economic, Socio Economic Development, Economic Development and Planning Macroeconomics Peddling Prosperity; International Economics and so forth.</note>
